I was very suprised that the inspection was complete and complete on paper work, forms, and presented very professionally with a binder full of information on the home.. all done on the same morning as the inspection! Very thorough on every aspect of the inspection points he covered and explained anything he felt necessary to address. I would highly recommend Josh for any home inspections..
