Josh McIntosh

Josh is a father of four, a native Prescottonian (born and raised), and involved in the greater Prescott area community.
He began his career when his father introduced him to the construction business at the young age of 16. His father was a concrete contractor, also holding an A-General License, and local business owner in the Prescott area.
He is a journeyman carpenter with Local 408.
Josh was promoted to foreman at Vastco Inc. just after turning 20 years old where he embarked on a decade-long journey of structural engineering, and bridge construction.

Provides Josh with extensive expertise when inspecting homes.
He has been involved in the building of several homes from the ground up throughout his construction career.
Although the majority of his construction career has been primarily focused on structural concrete (The foundation of most homes), his experience is not limited to this area as he has been involved in all fields in one way or another.

is an AZ certified Home Inspector, having passed the national exam.
is a member of ASHI.
is a member of other various Home Inspection Organizations (ASHI, InterNACHI, NRPP etc.).
is radon certified.
